Last Year: 10 Evaporators Delivered, Laying the Foundation of Trust with Achievements

In 2024, Jiuye Chemical's delivery results in the evaporator field have been solid. Among them, we completed 6 EPC general contracting projects – providing full-process closed-loop services from preliminary design, core equipment manufacturing to on-site installation and commissioning, and each set can stand the test. The 6 EPC projects specifically include:

In addition to the full-process EPC projects, we also supplied core equipment to many enterprises independently, with an additional 4 evaporators delivered throughout the year, including key orders such as 2 sets of 500-ton evaporators for Wenfeng Phase I and 1 evaporator for Jinjiang Jinhua. In total, Jiuye Chemical delivered 10 evaporators in 2024, responding to market expectations with tangible delivery volume.

This Year: 13 Sets + 4 Overseas Sets, Capacity Continuously Increasing

In 2025, Jiuye Chemical's production capacity has reached a new level. Up to now, we have completed 5 EPC general contracting projects, covering multiple key fields such as aluminum industry and red mud treatment. The specific projects are as follows:

? Chinalco Group Shandong Aluminum Plant: 2 sets

? Zhongzhou Aluminum Plant: 1 set

? Zhengzhou Aluminum Plant: 1 set

? Chihai Red Mud Treatment MVR Evaporator: 1 set

The results in equipment supply are also fruitful, including 2 sets for Wenfeng Steel & Aluminum Phase II, 2 sets for China Silk Road, 1 set for Huayin, 2 sets of MVR evaporators for Zhongchao, and 1 set for Xiangjiang Wanji... The equipment supply alone has reached 8 sets. Including EPC projects, 13 evaporators have been produced and delivered so far in 2025.

What's more noteworthy is that our overseas market has also fully launched – 4 overseas evaporator projects have officially started. Although they are not yet included in this year's completed capacity, this is undoubtedly a strong proof that Jiuye Chemical's capacity and technical strength are going global.

Future: 30 Sets per Year Is Not a Dream, Jiangsu Base Unlocks New Potential

Rumors end with strength, and more so with future potential. In addition to the stable production capacity of the existing Henan Jiuye Chemical, the Jiangsu Jiuye Chemical base we deployed will initially have the assembly capacity for overseas equipment by the end of this year. It should be noted that Jiangsu Jiuye is located in the core port area. In the past, we had to rent port space for equipment assembly, but by the end of this year, the self-owned assembly workshop will be officially put into use, greatly improving assembly efficiency and delivery speed.

After the Jiangsu Jiuye base is fully completed next year, the annual production capacity of Jiuye Chemical's evaporators will achieve a qualitative leap –the target is 30 sets per year, all of which are above 500-ton specifications. This production scale can not only meet the needs of the domestic market but also provide more efficient and convenient services for overseas customers.
