The new split-type seven-effect two-stage energy-saving evaporator developed by our company has an overall investment slightly higher than that of the integrated six-effect falling film evaporator with the same evaporation capacity, but it saves more than 30% of energy in operation. After adopting the new split-type seven-effect falling film evaporator, the steam consumption is 0.18-0.22 tons of steam per ton of evaporated water (at present, the best steam consumption of evaporators used in alumina production in the world is more than 0.28 tons of steam per ton of evaporated water). The liquid level of the evaporator, gate valves (pneumatic) and evaporation return water can all be automatically controlled. The qualification rate of the evaporator's condensed water is 100%.
