The most exciting news is that we successfully won the bid for the first-phase 2 million-ton alumina eight-effect evaporator unit project of a renowned enterprise in Indonesia! This also marks the commissioning of the world's first eight-effect evaporator technology in the alumina industry.
Secondly, we won the bid for the 1.2 million-ton alumina project of State Power Investment Corporation Guinea Co., Ltd., marking Jiuye Chemical's second order in West Africa following the Rusal Guinea project.
Furthermore, we won bids for projects such as the chlor-alkali heat exchanger project in Nanshan Group's Indonesia Bintan Chemical Park. These are not just orders, but a testament to Jiuye Chemical's successful entry into the overseas chemical sector.
The MVR evaporator project we successfully renovated for Luoyang Zhongchao Aluminum Industry marks the first time Jiuye Chemical has applied a complete MVR evaporator to the alumina industry at home and abroad! This breaks the long-standing pattern in the alumina industry where only multi-effect evaporators could be used in evaporation stations.
In October this year, we participated in the annual international aluminum industry event ICSOBA 2025. At this conference, we learned that our company's seven-effect and eight-effect evaporator technologies are currently at the world's leading level! This also signifies our official transformation into an international supplier providing key equipment for core "Belt and Road" projects. I am extremely proud of our technical team; you have raised the flag of "Made in China, Intelligent in China" high on overseas soil.
This year, the domestic market also flourished! We have successively supplied 13 sets of large-scale evaporators, including seven-effect evaporators for Chinalco Shandong Aluminum Industry, Zhongzhou Aluminum Industry, Zhengzhou Aluminum Industry, Guangxi Huayin Aluminum Industry, Guangxi Fangchenggang China-Silk Road Project, Beihai Guangtou Alumina Project, Jingxi Tiangui Phase III Project, and Hebei Wenfeng Iron-Aluminum Integration Phase II Project; the Guangxi Chihai MVR evaporator project; the Luoyang Xiangjiang Wanji six-effect capacity-increasing project; and the Luoyang Zhongchao Aluminum Industry MVR evaporator project. This has created a production capacity miracle for Jiuye Chemical since its establishment in 1999!
This year, we laid out the blueprint for the future with "strategic moves" and further consolidated the foundation for development. On July 8, 2025, the Jiuye Evaporation Concentration and Heat Exchange Equipment Manufacturing Project, with a total investment of 515 million yuan, broke ground in Nantong Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone. This modern intelligent factory, with a planned annual output value of 1 billion yuan, will build an integrated system of "R&D - Manufacturing - Services". It is not only an extension of our production capacity, but also a strategic fulcrum for us to embrace high-end harbor-front economy and radiate the global market by leveraging cost-effective logistics advantages. From the old industrial base in Shangjie District of Zhengzhou to Tongzhou Bay facing the sea, Jiuye Chemical's industrial layout is opening a new chapter of cross-regional coordinated development.

The "Work Plan for Stabilizing Growth" in the petrochemical and chemical industry clearly requires the industry to move towards high-end, intelligent, and green development. This means that the era of simply pursuing scale expansion is over; driving industrial upgrading through technological innovation, reshaping competitive advantages through green and low-carbon development, and allocating resources with a global perspective have become essential tasks for the survival and development of enterprises.
In response, Jiuye Chemical is fully prepared:

Taking this opportunity, we will systematically build international project operation and service capabilities, making the new Tongzhou Bay base an "outlet" radiating the world, and allowing Jiuye Chemical's technologies and standards to be tested and create value on a broader global stage.
