However, through two major core technological breakthroughs, namely the optimization of temperature difference distribution and precise heat balance calculation, the eighth-effect evaporator developed by Jiuye has innovatively raised the evaporation efficiency of low-concentration mother liquor to a new height in the industry. Technical data shows that under low-concentration working conditions of 30g/L-50g/L, the eighth-effect evaporator can still maintain the same temperature difference as that of the seventh-effect evaporator under high-concentration working conditions of 80g/L-100g/L, and the operational stability of the equipment has been increased by 40%, completely breaking through the industry's technical bottleneck.

The thermal balance calculation shows that the steam-water ratio of the eighth-effect evaporator group drops directly by 0.03 compared with that of the seventh-effect evaporator group. It is worth mentioning that through the optimization of modular design and intelligent control system, the Jiuye team has shortened the renovation cycle of the eighth-effect evaporator to 60% of the industry's average level, greatly reducing the production suspension losses of enterprises.


In the face of industry concerns about high investment, Ju Lirang emphasized at the meeting, "Although the transformation investment of the eighth-effect evaporator is approximately 25 million yuan more than that of the seventh-effect evaporator, with the protection of 15 national patented technologies and the extension of equipment lifespan through the intelligent operation and maintenance system, the payback period is less than seven months." This data indicates that within half a year after the equipment transformation, enterprises can achieve pure profit growth, truly realizing a win-win situation between technological upgrading and economic benefits.


Currently, the market price of alumina continues to be under pressure, and the average profit margin of the industry has dropped below 5%.
