The second pioneering innovation is the successful application of evaporative condensers in alumina evaporation stations. This technology has yielded remarkable results, saving 3 kWh of electricity for every ton of water evaporated. Calculated based on the requirement of evaporating 3 tons of water for the production of each ton of alumina, the domestic alumina industry can save up to 720 million kWh of electricity annually, with the cost savings from electricity conservation reaching 500 million yuan, and directly reducing carbon emissions by 484,000 tons. These two domestically pioneering technologies have made indelible and significant contributions to the field of evaporator technology in the alumina industry, and have also fully demonstrated the strong technical innovation capabilities of Jiuye Chemical Equipment.
