In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes, the information on the prevention and control of environmental pollution by solid wastes of our company for the 2020-2021 period is hereby disclosed. I. Principles for the Utilization and Disposal of Solid Wastes In order to prevent environmental pollution by solid wastes and protect human health, when disposing of solid wastes, the rational use of resources and full recycling shall be considered first to minimize the generation amount of solid wastes as much as possible. Secondly, the safe, rational and sanitary disposal of solid wastes shall be considered, striving to minimize, harmlessize and recycle the wastes in the most economical and reliable way and to reduce the adverse impacts on the environment to the greatest extent. II. Generation, Utilization and Disposal of Solid Wastes 1. General Solid Wastes 1.1 Dust Collection - Welding Fumes The workshop is equipped with spray devices, fog cannons and welding fume collectors. 1.2 Domestic Wastes The domestic wastes generated by the employees' daily life are all collected and entrusted to the sanitation department for disposal. 2. Hazardous Wastes 2.1 Spent Fixer Solution and Spent Developer Solution The spent fixer solution and spent developer solution generated during the industrial radiography process are hazardous wastes. The waste category is HW16 Photographic Materials Wastes, and the waste code is 231-002-16. Our company has signed a hazardous waste collection service contract with the qualified Henan Jiaxiang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and strictly abides by the "Hazardous Waste Transfer Consignment Note System" to meet the relevant requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Hazardous Waste Transfer Consignment Notes in Henan Province. In 2020, 0.0082 tons of spent developer solution and 0.0041 tons of spent fixer solution were transported. In 2021, 0.0041 tons of spent developer solution and 0.004 tons of spent fixer solution were temporarily stored and are waiting for transportation.
