There must be strict implementation of the mechanism for leaders and departments to connect with key enterprise projects, timely collection of feedback, and coordination to resolve actual problems that hinder enterprise development. Various beneficial and stabilizing policies for enterprises should be widely promoted, and policies must be fully utilized and actively implemented, ensuring that obligations are met promptly. On the other hand, coordination and collaboration are essential. All levels and departments must firmly establish a "one chess board" mindset, fulfill their responsibilities, actively cooperate, and form a joint force to strengthen the guarantees of land, labor, and funding. Strict implementation of safety production and environmental protection measures is required to provide precise, professional, and efficient services to enterprises, ensuring that signed projects are quickly implemented, initiated in a timely manner, and reach production capacity swiftly, thereby continuously enhancing the sense of acquisition and satisfaction for enterprises.
