The tubular rising film evaporator is divided into two types: the integrated type of the heating chamber and the separation chamber, and the separated type of the heating chamber and the separation chamber.The heating tubes are composed of heat exchange tubes. After the raw material liquid is preheated by the preheater to reach the boiling point or close to the boiling point, it is introduced from the bottom of the heating chamber. Driven by the high-speed rising secondary steam, it flows and evaporates along the inner wall of the heat exchange tubes. The vapor-liquid mixture rushes out of the heating tubes at a high speed. The concentrated liquid is discharged from the bottom of the vapor-liquid separator, and the generated secondary steam becomes the heat source for the next effect after the bubbles, water droplets and sundries are removed by the demister.
