This type of evaporator is a single-pass high-efficiency evaporator. A liquid distributor is used to evenly distribute the material on the inner wall of the heating tube. Then, the material flows in a film shape along the inner wall of the tube, and is heated and evaporated during the flowing process. The secondary steam accumulates in the center of the tube and moves downward under the suction effect of the negative pressure in the separation chamber and gravity, further pulling the liquid film to flow downward. Therefore, the flow speed of the liquid film is relatively fast, the thermal resistance between the liquid film and the heating tube is small, and the heat transfer coefficient is high.So, the tubular falling film evaporator can be used for multi-effect operation. It can work normally as long as there is a very small temperature difference (6-8℃). According to the different properties of the evaporated materials and evaporation targets, it can be combined into a double-effect, triple-effect, quadruple-effect, quintuple-effect and six-effect evaporation system.
