The equipment consists of a heating chamber, a separation chamber, a circulation pump, a steam compressor, a gas-liquid separator, and a demister. The heating chamber heats, the separation chamber separates gas and liquid, the circulation pump drives the solution in forced circulation, the steam compressor compresses the secondary steam for recycling, and the gas-liquid separator along with the demister enhances steam purity.
During operation, the circulation pump extracts the solution from the bottom of the separation chamber, sends it to the heating chamber for temperature increase, and upon reaching the desired temperature, it enters the separation chamber powered by the circulation pump. The secondary steam is initially separated in a coarse manner in the separation chamber, then undergoes fine separation through the gas-liquid separator, and is compressed by the steam compressor before returning to the heating chamber to serve as a heat source. The concentrated liquid is continuously circulated and discharged once it meets the standards. Normal operation primarily relies on secondary steam circulation, significantly reducing fresh steam consumption.
