The equipment comprises a plate heat exchanger and a separator. The heat exchanger is constructed from metal plates with special corrugation, arranged in layers where heating and product plates alternate to create the heating and product channels, enhancing heat transfer through counter-current flow between the product and heating medium. The plate group is installed between a fixed plate and a movable plate, secured with screws, and utilizes non-glue embedded gaskets for sealing, facilitating installation and disassembly. The separator is responsible for the efficient separation of the vapor-liquid mixture produced during evaporation.
Operational Principle
The material to be evaporated enters the evaporator, flowing between the plates of the plate heat exchanger, where the external heating medium transfers heat through the plates. The special corrugation creates high-intensity turbulence in the material, increasing the heat transfer coefficient, allowing for rapid evaporation of the material and the formation of different liquid films based on the type of evaporator. The vapor-liquid mixture enters the separator and is separated through centrifugal force and other actions, with the concentrated material being discharged from the bottom and secondary steam being expelled from the top, which can be recycled in multi-effect evaporation or MVR systems.
Operational Principle
