Device Composition and Working Principle
The split-type falling film evaporator separates the functional components of traditional evaporators into a split design, mainly consisting of a heating chamber and a separation chamber, achieving collaborative operation through reasonable piping connections. During operation, the solution to be evaporated is evenly distributed onto the inner surface of the heating tubes by a distributor, forming a continuous and uniform liquid film, which descends in a film-like manner along the inner wall of the tube under the effects of gravity and secondary steam. At the same time, the heating medium (such as steam) flows outside the tube, transferring heat through the tube wall to the solution inside, causing the solution to boil and evaporate rapidly. The secondary steam produced is separated from the concentrated liquid in the lower tube box of the heating chamber, with the secondary steam being discharged from the top of the separation chamber after gas-liquid separation, serving as the heat source for the heating chamber of the next effect evaporator, while the concentrated liquid is discharged from the bottom of the heating chamber, completing the evaporation process.
