The equipment consists of heating chamber, separation chamber, circulation pump, and circulation pipeline, among other components, with a modular design. The solution to be evaporated is pumped by the forced feed pump to the inlet of the circulation pipeline of the forced circulation pump, and is forcibly sent into the heating chamber at a certain flow rate. Inside the heating chamber, the solution flows through the tube bundle, where the heating medium outside the tube (such as steam) transfers heat to the solution inside the tube, raising its temperature. The heated solution then enters the separation chamber under the impetus of the circulation pump. Inside the separation chamber, due to the drop in pressure, the solution rapidly boils and evaporates, generating secondary steam. The secondary steam is discharged from the top of the separation chamber after gas-liquid separation, serving as a heat source for the six-effect evaporator; while the concentrated solution continues to circulate within the system until the desired concentration is achieved and is then discharged from the bottom, completing the evaporation concentration process.
